What My Clients Are Saying

Learning from Karen through her life coaching program provided me with the tools to more confidently approach my life and relationships, develop better empathy for my children, and approach difficult situations with greater success in achieving my desired outcomes. I was able to apply what I learned immediately and continue to employ the tools she provided. She treated the situations we discussed with professionalism and delicacy, always with an eye towards helping me to become a better person.

Elaine Augustine

My experience with Karen taught me how to free myself from the responsibility of thinking and feeling for others
and spend more time being accountable for my own thinking and feelings. As I have practiced these skills my anxiety
has lessened, my relationships have strengthened and my joy and peace have increased.

Christine Myers

Karen's program is a great introduction to the skills and techniques that
will help improve your relationships and navigate life. She is a calm harbor in the storms of life and has a
great ability to help you identify thoughts that are keeping you from living your best life.
